DIVIDENDS AND INTEREST ON DEPOSITS RATE FOR THE YEAR 2018
The dividends for the share capital (kshs 20,000) shall be paid at 13% and interest on deposits at 8%.
MONTHLY DEPOSIT CONTRIBUTION
All members to contribute a minimum of 5% or more of their basic salaries as monthly contributions without fail, It was proposed that the minimum contribution to be Kshs 2,500 starting the month of September 2019.
FOSA
All members are encouraged to patronize the FOSA by channeling their Net Salaries through it, all delegates will have till July 2019 to comply with this.
MEMBERSHIP
All delegates are encouraged to support the Sacco by recruiting new members so as to strengthen the Sacco and grow the membership.
ICT UPTAKE
All members are encouraged to embrace ICT services by registering with the M-Sacco and Web Portal so as to access services more efficiently.
GOVERNANCE
All members, delegates, board, supervisory committee members and staff are encouraged to observe the tenets of good governance, respect for human dignity and the diversity of all our members.
INTEGRITY AND TRANSPARENCY
All members are encouraged to conduct Sacco business in an open and transparent manner and always disclose any information that may injure the reputation of the Sacco.
MWITO HOUSING SCHEME
The Sacco uses the Housing Cooperative as a Special Purpose Vehicle to develop the property where the Sacco offices are located.
All delegates are encouraged to publicize the Housing Cooperative and enroll members into it.
