39TH ANNUAL ADM RESOLUTIONS 2020

DIVIDENDS AND INTEREST ON DEPOSITS RATE FOR THE YEAR 2019.

Dividends to members will be paid at the rate of 15% and interest on deposits at 8.5%. Payments will be made between 17th and 21st of  February 2020

EDUCATION TO MEMBERS.

Education to members will be conducted by the board of directors starting from the month of March 2020. This has already started. We will be talking to each delegate to agree on the date, time and venue.

MONTHLY CONTRIBUTIONS.

All members to adjust their monthly contributions to at least Kshs.2,500 and the delegates to adjust theirs to Kshs.5,000. Savings will be a safety net in the future. The highest saver as at 2018 in the Sacco movement had Kshs.96 million.

RECRUITMENT.

Each and every member to recruit at least one new member so as to bolster the Sacco membership.

BURIAL AND BENEVOLENT FUND.

Benefits from the benevolent fund to the nominee of a deceased member to be raised to Kshs.50,000 with effect from April 2020.

SACCOLINK ATMs

All members with expired ATM cards to send them to MWITO for replacement or hand them over to their respective delegates.

MOBILE BANKING

That MWITO migrated from the M-Sacco platform (*346#) to M-mwito (*217#). All members are required to enroll with M-mwito (*217#) for ease of accessing their money through their mobile phones.
